Computer shops make their money by charging for every little thing they do. Sure, to a certain extent that’s what they are in business for. But I firmly believe that it can go a bit to far. Cleveland and Chattanooga have plenty of computer repair shops that seem to charge you from the time you walk into there store till you walk out. And not only that but then they expect you to wait as long as 2 or 3 weeks till they get around to your computer. Sure they sometimes get busy. But, every computer repair doesn't take weeks to fix. If you call a computer shop a couple of days after you took your problem in, they act as if your nuts thinking it should be ready that fast. I personally am aware of some that will make you wait longer just for bothering them, and they know your options are limited. And, many of them just don't care. They show you no respect and expect you to take it. |
When I receive a sick computer. I know you need that pc back as soon as I can have it ready. You don't care how much I have going on ahead of you. You just want it fixed right and fixed fast. Understanding this I promise to do the fastest but best quality job I can do for you. No, I don't always get your pc back the next day. But often that does happen. Very often I work 7 days a week. If I have people waiting on their computer then rest assured I am working. I don't have regular hours because your computer doesn’t have regular hours. I know how important your computer is to you. When I take your computer in I already know how long it should take me. I share that with you. If it runs longer for some reason, I CALL YOU. Out of respect for you. You will be kept informed. If something happens on your side and you need it faster than you said. I understand that. I will do my best to speed things up and keep the quality I promised you. |
